Lindsay Lohan Arrest Warrant Recall
Lindsay Lohan resolved her arrest warrant issue on Monday in court. Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holly, said that it was really much ado about nothing. Apparently, Lohan had switched her alcohol program because of personality issues and neglected to notify the court of the change. Judge Marsha Revel had issued the warrant after getting a letter from the court-appointed alcohol education program indicating that Lindsay was noncompliant. She said that it was Lohan’s responsibility to inform the court of any changes relating to her three-year probation sentence, after pleading no contest to two charges of DUI. Lohan also plead guilty to two charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving recklessly in 2007.

Lohan's recent arrest warrant was recalled
In May of 2007, an intoxicated Lohan crashed her Mercedes Benz into a tree in Beverly Hills. Two months later, she was arrested for chasing her former assistant’s mother in a vehicle, while intoxicated.
Holly said that the weekend was difficult for Lohan with all the negative speculation and warrant for her arrest which was issued on Friday. The problem was resolved in a meeting in the judge’s chamber and the warrant was recalled. Holly informed the judge of the new program that Lindsay is now attending in Glendale, California and a new progress report is due by April 3.
