Healthy Heart Recipes – When it comes preventing heart disease there’s a lot that you can do and most of it is through diet. What you eat can help keep your heart strong and healthy or it can lead to problems such as overweight, high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol. These are three of the main factors that increase the risk of developing heart disease.
Overweight and obesity will increase the risk of an unhealthy heart. This can be avoided by watching your portion size, choosing fewer high-fat foods and being physically active.
