The well known actress Meryl Streep got herself nominated for the Oscars yet again, for an astounding 15 times. The veteran actress was nominated for her role of Sister Aloysius, in the film “Doubt”. Everyone was expecting her to take home the Oscar yet again. But fortune did not favor her this time. Even the family of the best actress Oscar winner, Kate Winslet, also thought that Meryl Streep will be winning the Oscar.

She has also been nominated for no less than 23 times for the Golden Globe Awards.
