i was able to get laptop at best buy for 279.00 the tuesday before black friday. i was able to get another on black friday for 279.00.

Best Buy will offer the HP G50-104NR as a Black Friday doorbuster for $349.99. There will be extremely limited quantities and it will be available only at physical Best Buy stores. The Black Friday G50 104NR includes a Canon all-in-one printer. This is the Biggest Bait and Switch ad ever... At the Georgetown, TX store there was ONE bundle... I got to the store @ 10:00 pm and camped out all night...I was # 16 in line... When the sales associate got to me; he offered me the same bundle with upgrades/and configurations (?) starting at $479.00. After the tickets were handed out...Several people in the line polled the other's in the line to see if they got what they wanted... LISTEN TO ME... One girl got the $349.00 bundle....Then 2 more people got an upgraded (spyware & anti-virus installed) bundle for $399.00...Then this same offer became $479.00!!!! There was ONLY one $349.00 bundle to be had! What a scam... Best Buy USED all of the black Friday websites to advertise for them...and thus increase the number of people standing in their lines and shopping at their stores... Best Buy used the Good Morning America show to decieve the public also... As they featured the bundle on their show: http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=6347203&page=1 I will NOT do business with Best Buy ever again.... I encourage all other consumers to close your pocketbooks to Best Buy... CEO's will rethink using deception...to gain access to the $$$ that we spend. This sneaky ploy obviously reflects the company's business motto... and I refuse to finance their future deception.

I had a copy of the mis-print ad. So did 3 other people who stood in line all night. When I got to the register, Best Buy would NOT honor my print ad in hand. HOWEVER, the 2 people behind me (who I had met in line overnight) got their bundles for the error price of $279. I had already taken my bundle outside to my car and came back inside to talk to the manager. She couldn’t explain why I was turned down and the other received it. BUT, she did present me with a $40 Best Buy gift card for “my troubles”. Now, had they turned everybody down…I wouldn’t have thought that much about it. But don’t honor the ad price for a select few and not others. Souette in Tennessee

THE $279 LAPTOP AD WAS A FALSE ADVERTISING WHICH EVERYONE CAN USE TO START A LEGAL ACTION OR A COMPLAINT THROUGH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR THE FTC BUREAU OF CONSUMERS.

CONSUMERS HAVE RIGHTS
CORPORATES AS BEST BUY CANNOT ABUSE THEM.
