this was a mistake today but if a best buy has more than 12 in stock and someoen takes it in asking for that price today as long as they have more than 12 they are suppoesd to honor it.
Does anyone have a copy of the ad for this sale. I went to bestbuy to try and buy it and they said I need to have the printed ad from this mornings website. Did anyone save it, can you send it to me.
Best Buy did not honor this offer! I appeared early in the morning at my local Best Buy and they told me to call corporate. Instead, I called the local BBB and Consumer Affairs. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and I’m not going to take it lying down. I suggest you all do the same – complain to your local authorities!

I saw the add on the Besbuy website on Tuesday morning and immediately called the local best buy and was told they had 20 of them and yes to come and get olack friday prone. When I got to the store they said this was a bloack friday item and they could not honor. After some discussion they agreed to see me one for what they said was the real price of $349. I took it at that price but was hoping to go back and get them to honor the $279 price on Black friday

I had a copy of the mis-print ad. So did 3 other people who stood in line all night. When I got to the register, Best Buy would NOT honor my print ad in hand. HOWEVER, the 2 people behind me (who I had met in line overnight) got their bundles for the error price of $279. I had already taken my bundle outside to my car and came back inside to talk to the manager. She couldn’t explain why I was turned down and the other received it. BUT, she did present me with a $40 Best Buy gift card for “my troubles”. Now, had they turned everybody down…I wouldn’t have thought that much about it. But don’t honor the ad price for a select few and not others. Souette in Tennessee

This is the Biggest Bait and Switch ad ever…
At the Georgetown, TX store there was ONE bundle…
I got to the store @ 10:00 pm and camped out all night…I was # 16 in line…
When the sales associate got to me; he offered me the same bundle with upgrades/and configurations (?) starting at $479.00.
After the tickets were handed out…Several people in the line polled the other’s in the line to see if they got what they wanted…
LISTEN TO ME…
One girl got the $349.00 bundle….Then 2 more people got an upgraded (spyware & anti-virus installed) bundle for $399.00…Then this same offer became $479.00!!!! There was ONLY one $349.00 bundle to be had!
What a scam…
Best Buy USED all of the black Friday websites to advertise for them…and thus increase the number of people standing in their lines and shopping at their stores…
Best Buy used the Good Morning America show to decieve the public also…

i was able to get laptop at best buy for 279.00 the tuesday before black friday. i was able to get another on black friday for 279.00.
